Reports
The Senstar Enterprise Manager can generate and distribute reports as PDF or Excel files.
The Senstar Enterprise Manager can generate reports automatically, according to the recurrence setting for the report, or you can manually generate a report at any time. Once generated, the Senstar Enterprise Manager emails the report to all of the recipients that you specify for the report.
Event notification reports include information about specific events. Event notification reports can include information about the following events:
- Expiring Senstar Symphony Farm Maintenance
- Failed Senstar Thin Client Firmware Update
- Failed Senstar Enterprise Manager Bridge Firmware Update
- Offline Camera
- Offline Senstar Symphony Farm
- Offline Senstar Symphony Server
- Offline Senstar Symphony Storage
- Offline Senstar Thin Client
- Offline Senstar Enterprise Manager Bridge
- Senstar Symphony Server CPU Usage
- Senstar Symphony Server High Disk Usage
- Senstar Symphony Server RAM Usage
- Invalid Camera Password
Asset inventory reports include information about the cameras in an organization by site. Asset inventory reports include the following information if available:
- Site
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Firmware
- IP address
- MAC address
- Discovery date
