Add an administrator

You can add an administrator user for the Senstar Enterprise Manager.

  1. In the Senstar Enterprise Manager Web interface, click Administration.
  2. Click Administrators.
  3. Click New.
  4. Specify the name, phone number, and email address of the administrator.
  5. Type a password for the administrator.
  6. Select the time zone of the administrator's location.
  7. Type a description for the administrator.
  8. Select whether to enable the network operations center display mode.
    The purpose of the network operations center display mode is to continuously display the Senstar Enterprise Manager dashboard. The network operations center display mode limits the display to a read-only dashboard and does not log out the administrators because of inactivity.
  9. To make the administrator a site manager, complete the following tasks:
    1. Select Site Manager.
    2. Select the folders to which the administrator has access.
      Note: The Senstar Enterprise Manager displays a notification if multiple administrator users have access to the same folder.
  10. Click Save.
